1N:2H
2S:4N is Quantitative

I dont understand why this is Quantitative?.

1N:3S (slam try)
4x:4N is RKCB

1N:4H (texas)

Not everybody plays 1NT - 3S as a slam try. So they play Texas transfers with a weak pre-emptive hand and Jacoby transfers with all other hands with 5 spades. Playing this, 1NT - 2H - 2s - 4NT is indeed quantitive (spades have not been agreed) but most play that 4C is ace (or keycard) asking.
